Volleyball Splits at SC4

The Kellogg Community College volleyball team traveled to St. Clair County Community College on Saturday, Oct. 19. The Bruins split their pair of game with the Skippers! 

SC4 | L, 3-2

• Set 5: 10-15

• Set 1: 21-25
• Set 2: 25-20
• Set 3: 27-25
• Set 4: 21-25
• Set 5: 15-9

Head Coach Judy Mason said, " It was a very competitive 2 matches going 5 sets in both. Playing over 5 hours of competition with a small break was a great opportunity to find our strength and allow us to learn some new areas to focus on as we head into Post Season. The Bruins ended the day in the second match with a hard fought win. Proud of the team to accomplish this progress and working to get stronger each match." 

Next up, Bruins travel to Glen Oaks on Tuesday, Oct. 22 for a 6:30 p.m. first serve.
