
Saunders Named First KCC Women's Soccer All-American
Kellogg Community College women's soccer player Sophia Saunders earned the first All-America honor in KCC women's soccer program history this season!
Sophomore midfielder Sophia Saunders (Otsego/Otsego High School), added to her NJCAA Region 12 Division II All-Region Team and First Team All-MCCAA accolades last week when she was announced as an NJCAA Third Team All-America selection. Saunders was a team captain this season and played in all 17 games, scoring 7 goals with 7 assists. She was a key contributor as the ladies finished another record season this year that saw the team win the College's second women's soccer regional championship and first back-to-back regional championship win in College history.
