The Kellogg Community College baseball team traveled to Lansing Community College on April 11 and hosted the Stars on April 12 for conference action. Bruins battled, but fell in the series with the Stars.

Head Coach Eric Laskovy said, "Too many free bases got us in game one. We found enough fight to capture game two in a back and forth contest. Sawdon was terrific and Zilch nailed down the save."

Head Coach Eric Laskovy said, "Played pretty well and lost a tough first game 3-2. Unable to capitalize on opportunities in game two. Up next is Glen Oaks on the road Monday (non-conference)."
