WBB Finishes Season as MCCAA Champs

The Kellogg Community College women's basketball team won recently completed their most successful seasons in almost two decades. Under the direction of Head Coach Sal Konkle, in her second season at the helm, the Bruins were Michigan Community College Athletic Association Western Conference Champions, and won 20+ games for the first time since 2007! Additionally, the Bruins hosted and won a Great Lakes District A playoff game.
WBB Begins Conf. Play 4-0, 14-3 Overall

The KCC Women's Basketball team has improved to a nine-game win streak to continue the best start of the season in more than 10 years! The Bruins are currently 14-3 after starting conference play at an undefeated 4-0. They've topped Southwestern Michigan, KVCC, Glen Oaks and Lake Michigan so far in conference play.
WBB Off to Best Start in Over a Decade

The KCC Women's Basketball team is on a five-game win streak and off to the best start of the season in more than 10 years! The Bruins are currently 10-3 heading into conference play this week. Following some dominating wins and some gutsy ones, conference play should be an exciting time for Bruins WBB.
WBB Battles with Jackson

The KCC Women's Basketball team hosted Jackson College on Wednesday, Dec. 6th. The Jackson Jets are nearly undefeated this season, and the Bruins battled with them all game. Ultimately the Bruins fell to the Jets 79-63.
WBB Dominates the Week

The KCC Women's Basketball team played three games on the road this week, and came home with three wins! They topped the University of Olivet JV 65-54, and then headed north for the weekend. The Bruins came home from up north with big wins: 100-50 at North Central Michigan College and 72-47 at Kirtland Community College.
Women's Basketball Starts 2-1

The KCC Women's Basketball team began competition earlier this month under the direction of Head Coach Sal Konkle. This will be Coach Konkle's second season at the helm, and she is excited for the growth the program is already seeing. The team is 2-1 to start the 2023-24 season.
