Bruin Men's Basketball wins by 40+

The KCC men's basketball notched their third win of the season Tuesday night. They traveled to Kirtland Community College and won by 43 points: 88-45.

Leading the way for the Bruins was the double-double from freshman center Sam Hoskin (Detroit/Renaissance) who sank 19 with 13 boards, 1 assist, 2 steals and 3 blocks. Sophomore center Quentin Jones (Detroit/Madison Heights) notched 16 points, with 2 rebounds, 1 assist, and 2 steals. Other veterans contributing big numbers were sophomores Brett White (Battle Creek/Battle Creek Central) who added 15 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists, and a steal, and Rasheed Dyson (Chicago,IL/Evergreen Park) who added 14 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals. 

Coach Proefrock was thrilled with the results, stating, "Tonight's game was a tremendous team win. We are becoming a much better defensive team and we showed it as every one of our team members played well tonight. When we play defensively like we did tonight we can beat anyone on our schedule. I'm very proud of our team effort!"

Your Bruins are 3-3-0 overall, and return to action on Thursday, Dec. 1st at Rochester JV. Tip-off is set for 6:00 p.m.
