Three Bruins PR at GRCC Invite
The KCC Men's and Women's Cross Country Teams traveled to the Grand Rapids Community College meet on Friday, September 15. The men's team finished 11th while the women finished 13th on the day. Three Bruins posted Personal Records on the GRCC course.

Head Coach, Tom Shaw said, "The men's race saw another Personal Record (PR) for Sophomore Brendan Wedding for the 2nd race in a row. He shaved off 2 minutes, 45 seconds from his best 8K race from last year."

Head Coach, Tom Shaw said, "Two Personal Records (PR) on the ladies side of the race. Sophomore Megan Jackson improved again this race, knocking 37 seconds off her PR from her last race. Freshmen Lexi Kryszewski also improved her PR from her last race, besting her previous PR by an incredible 2 minutes and 13 seconds!"
Overall on the day Coach Shaw said, "Nothing but more good things for the Bruins in the future." The next race will be September 29 in Marysville, Michigan for the SC4 Skippers Invitational.
