MBB Notches Two More Wins

The KCC Men's Basketball team played two games, hosting Jackson College on Wednesday, Dec. 6 and traveling to the University of Olivet JV on Saturday Dec. 9. The Bruins notched wins in both games, topping Jackson 78-72 and Olivet JV 74-55. 

Dec. 6: Jackson | W, 78-72
Stat Leaders: J. M. Isaiah Moore - 15pts, 9reb; Jamir Carnell - 15pts, 6 reb; Kobe Watson - 8pts, 1reb, 1 blk; Jakeem Cole - 8pts, 3reb, 1 ast.
 
Head Coach Steve Proefrock stated, "Tonight we had a very hard fought win against a very good Jackson team, 78-72. It was tight the whole game, but when we had to we made plays. I love the team resilience as they seem to continue to find a way to win, in multiple ways."
 
Dec. 9: Olivet JV | W, 74-55
Stat Leaders: Ke'Marion Tucker - 15pts, 6reb; J.M. Isaiah Moore - 12pts, 10reb; KieAunta Whittaker - 10pts, 1reb. 
 
"With balanced scoring and solid defense at the University of Olivet, Bruins win 74-55. Today's win makes the Bruins 9-0 overall!" said Coach Proefrock about the game.
